Our Services
At Boutique Disability Services, we ensure our clients are empowered by the services that we provide
Assistance With Daily Activities
As each person living with disability has different needs, the team at Boutique Disability Services tailor services to ensure the correct level of supports are provided to ensure you can live as independently as possible in your home and community.
NDIS Assistance with Daily Life includes all the tasks and activities we do on a day-to-day basis.
Examples of Assistance with Daily Life support:
-
Preparing for the day ahead (getting out of bed, showering, dressing etc.)
-
Support with household chores
-
Support preparing meals and food shopping
-
Help with getting around the community and using public transport
Depending on your individual needs, support workers can assist you in these tasks or supervise you as you develop skills to become more independent.
Assistance With Social And Community Participation
Social and Community Participation supports allow you to enjoy recreational activities and actively partake in your community. We support your choice and control by taking the time to understand what you would like to learn or do, and help you create a plan to make it happen.

Social and Community Participation allows disability support workers to accompany you while attending community, social and recreational events, or activities.
This could include a disability support worker assisting you to:
-
Attending community events
-
Visiting your local library
-
Watch a movie or concert
-
Discover personal development courses
-
Join a social group
-
Join a sports club
Social and community participation is unique for everyone — it depends on your needs and interests. It can be as simple as hanging out at your local cafe, playing football with a team or going on bush-walks.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
SIL is designed for people with disability who require 24-hour support. Boutique Disability Services offer SIL supports to NDIS participants who reside in their own home or private rental.

SIL supports will help you live in your home as independently as possible, while building your skills. SIL supports are for people with higher support needs, This means you need a significant amount of help throughout the day, 7 days a week, including overnight support.
We achieve this by assisting with a range of everyday tasks including:
-
Cooking and meal preparation
-
Cleaning and laundry
-
Personal care tasks such as showering and dressing
-
Administration of medication
-
Support with medical appointments
-
Behaviour support and social skill development
-
Support to get to and from community activities (routine and non-routine)
